Soalon is a triacetate filament produced exclusively by Mitsubishi Chemical.
Since production started in 1967, it has remained popular globally as a breakthrough development in the fiber industry due to its impact on expanding ideas in fashion.
This material combines the beauty of natural pulp with a flexible material created through the power of science.
This combination of beauty and functionality creates a range of possibilities including the development of many variations of fabric and fashion ideas. This has and will continue to have a major impact on people's lifestyles.

Soalon embodies the dream of the fashion industry and paves the way to a colorful future.

Thinner fibers made by split process
These are composite fibers of acrylic and acetate made by special technology. These split finely by external pressure in the papermaking process.

Cutely is a deodorizing material made with acrylic fiber and acetate produced with our special blending technology. Its function is added into fibers at the initial production stage instead of the finishing process so repeat wearing and washing does not affect its performance.

Vonnel M.V.P is a short-cut acrylic (polyacrylonitrile-based) fiber used in papermaking and wet non-woven fabric applications. These fibers have excellent chemical resistance, hydrophilicity, lipophilicity, light resistance, and bulkiness. The lineup of products includes microfibers and split acrylic fiber for utilization in filter, cleaning products, and battery material applications.

This material has a soft texture and anti-pilling property due to the use of special polymers in its production. It is available in different thickness (denier) and can be blended with other materials to meet the needs of any application.

VonnelTM is our company’s acrylic fiber brand and the main ingredient is acrylonitrile (AN). It has a soft and warm texture similar to cashmere and wool. It is used in sweaters, cut and sewn products, underwear, and socks. It is also used in non-clothing applications such as eco-fur, blankets, carpets, and non-woven fabric.

This micro acrylic fiber was developed in pursuit of a smoother texture and better warmth, It is finer than typical cashmere and Egyptian cotton.

Corebrid B is an acrylic staple fiber with a conductive sheath-core structure and light-absorbing heat generating property.
Inserting a high concentration of conductive and light-absorbing heating particles into the core creates a higher level of performance in comparison with fibers inserted using traditional methods.

Corebrid™ is an acrylic fiber produced by the world's only wet-spun, sheath-core composite spinning technology, which was developed by Mitsubishi Chemical.

This sheath-core fiber structure consists of core and sheath which enables different material combination to offer various functions. We are the first company to use such technology to produce this wet-spun fiber type.

Corebrid Thermocatch is a white, heat-generating, heat-retaining, and conductive fiber developed using our sheath-core spinning technology. This innovative acrylic fiber generates heat by converting sunlight into thermal energy, and also prevents static electricity from accumulating to reduce clinging and crackling sound.
Corebrid Thermocatch is a white fiber and so retains the ability of acrylic fiber to show color well. It is therefore and so this material is ideal for winter sportswear and casual wear.
