Bi-axially Oriented Polyamide Film

SUPERNYL is Co-ex bi-axially oriented gas barrier polyamide film that has "good impact strength", "excellent heat resistance" and "excellent high gas barrier property". SUPERNYL is considered by the converters and end users, as one of the most special and unique film to be used in many foods, pharmacy and medical packaging.
We developed a new product 'SUPERNYL SPR-M' in 2008. SUPERNYL SPR-M has a characteristic that cuts tear straight. When opening a package made with general BOPA film, cuts don't tear straight. On the other hand, when opening a package made with SUPERNYL SPR-M, cuts tear straight. It is very convenient for end users.
In addition, we developed a new product 'SUPERNYL EH' in 2010. SUPERNYL EH has an excellent high gas barrier property. Oxygen transmission rate is 0.2cc/m2/day/atm.
It is useful to make shelf life longer in many foods.

"SANTONYL SNR" is mainly made from nylon6. It is made by Tenter Frame process. "SANTONYL SNR" is bi-axially oriented polyamide film that has "good impact strength" and "excellent heat resistance".
