Containing no alcohols or other solvents, these are high-stability, entirely water-based polyester resins. They are highly regarded as surface modification agents for the modification of wettability in PET films and the improvement of adhesion.

SO3Na type. Relatively high Tg, offering excellent heat resistance and printability. Widely used as a surface treatment agent for films and as a coating for recording papers.

COOH type, Medium Tg, Adhesion to base materials

COOH(high acid value) type, Relatively high Tg. Mainly used as a surface treatment agent for films and as a coating for recording papers.

HR-521(Development grade)
COOH(low acid value) type, high Tg with high hydrophobicity. Suitable for a primer layer on PET films and other applications which requires water and heat-humidity resistance.
