Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum has chosen SHINKOLITE™ for display casings as part of an exciting exhibition. ‘Lineage of Eccentrics: The Miraculous World of Edo Painting’ is based on Japanese art historian Nobuo Tsuji’s book and features the work of six artists from the Edo Period (1603-1868). These artists were admired for their individual, unconventional styles, as well as for their unrivaled technical skills so it was particularly important that the artworks were shown in a way that allowed visitors to full appreciate the colors and textures of their creations.
