The Emulsifier Dept. collaborates with Mitsubishi-Kagaku Foods Corporation in food ingredient and food additive industry. Our product line was originally comprised of emulsifiers and mixing agents, and was later expandeda to include a wide range of products, such as our popular Ryoto™ Sugar Ester, a non-ionic surfactant, and Ryoto™ Ester SP, a foaming agent for confectioners. Today, our product line includes sweeteners, natural food colorants, lactic acid bacteria, and enzymes and other food ingredients specially developed to meet the diversified needs of the market.
