Notification of Changes in Top Management Positions

This is to notify that the personnel changes shown below were unofficially approved at a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors held today.
These changes will take effect upon a Board resolution to be passed immediately following the conclusion of the 81st Regular General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on June 29, 2006, assuming that the candidates in question are reappointed as directors at the said General Meeting.
