Starting in early December, "Verbatim", the global brand of Mitsubishi Kagaku Media Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Minato-ku, President: Shigenori Otsuka), will release PhotoSave DVD, with built-in software, for simple photo and video backup and OfficeSave DVD for simple data file backup.
When the PhotoSave DVD or OfficeSave DVD is set in a DVD recording device, the backup software will start automatically, and data can be backed up without the need for difficult operations. There is no need to install software to a PC, and there is also no need to use writing software to record to DVD media.
The backup function has three modes, including an automatic copy mode and a manual copy mode, each of which can be selected as needed. The manual copy mode of PhotoSave DVD supports 43 kinds of photo file extensions and 53 kinds of video file extensions and that of OfficeSave DVD supports 469 kinds of file extensions.
In addition, both PhotoSave DVD and OfficeSave DVD have adopted an exclusive MEDIA MARKER label*2 on which you can use the MEDIA MARKER exclusive pen and deletion pen to "write" and "delete" characters or images on the disc label.
Through the supply of products that consist mainly of recording media, Verbatim changes relationships among "People and People, People and Things, People and Ideas", ensuring reliable, pleasant and rich ones.

What is Verbatim
Mitsubishi Kagaku Media Co., Ltd. (MKM) is the global brand marketing its products in more than 80 countries around the world. From September this year, all data optical discs were switched from the MITSUBISHI brand to the Verbatim Brand and the Verbatim Brand was fully launched in the Japanese market*.
Verbatim was born in 1969 in the State of California in the United States. Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (known as Mitsubishi Kasei Corporation at that time), the parent company of MKM, purchased Verbatim in 1990.
