The Kojin Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Hiromichi Miwa)
and Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President:
Akira Miura) have reached an agreement regarding a comprehensive tie-up for their
converting plastic film operations. At this stage,the sales divisions of both
companies for this product will be integrated. The new company has been dubbed
Mitsubishi Chemical Kojin Packs Corporation, and will commence operation on Oct.
1st as scheduled.
